If firms want their workers to bring their “whole selves” to work, they need to create an atmosphere to accomplish more of what matters. The less time they spend on mundane tasks, the more time they have to develop new ideas, devise strategies, and take the helm of exciting projects.

As long as they have solid data to guide their judgments, it makes their occupations more enjoyable and enables them to take on additional responsibilities without feeling overworked. “Aha!” moments may be generated among an enthusiastic and pleased crew due to this.
